Fawri and Fawri+ deposits

Customers from Bahrain can use Fawri or Fawri+ to deposit funds to their Rain accounts seamlessly.

Types of transfers

• Fawri: standard Fawri payments take 1 business day to process, with no limit on the amount you can transfer. This method is usually used for amounts larger than 1000 BHD

• Fawri+: Fawri+ allows you to transfer funds within 24 hours, with a maximum daily limit of 1000 BHD per IBAN.

Steps to Deposit via Fawri or Fawri+

1. Tap on Deposit.

2. Enter the amount you want to deposit.

3. Choose the source bank account and click Next.

4. You will see the deposit instructions, including our IBAN.

5. Copy the IBAN and send the amount to it using your bank’s app or the BenefitPay app.

6. Return to the Rain app and tap on “I’ve made the bank transfer”.

You will receive email updates on the status of your deposit.

Rain credits the amount that arrives to our account, and there are no deposit fees charged by Rain.
