• Websites: verify the URL before entering your account details. Only use https://www.rain.com. Fraudulent websites often have slightly different URLs, so check the spelling carefully. Ensure the website has a secure lock icon (https://) in the URL bar and you can hover over any links before clicking them to ensure their validity.

• SMS & Social Media: Rain will never ask for your personal details, OTP or transaction confirmations through the phone, text or social media. Stick to Rain’s official channels:
