In order to open an institutional account, Rain must receive the following: 

1. The entity’s full name and other trading names used.
2. Registration number (or equivalent).
3. Legal form status.
4. Registered address and trading address (including a branch where applicable).
5. Objectives and type of business activity.
6. Date and place of incorporation or establishment.
7. Telephone, fax number (where applicable) and email address.
8. Regulatory body or listing body (for regulated activities such as financial services and listed companies).
9. Name of external auditor (where applicable).
10. Type of account, and nature and volume of anticipated business dealings with the company.
11. Source of funds.
12. Legal representative, such as trustees or trusts.
