Following are some of the frequently asked questions about Rain Referral Program.

• Where is my referral link? You can find your referral link through the Portfolio page

• What is the reward for referrer? A referrer is entitled to earn up to 60% of the revenue from the referred customers.

• How do I start earning? Through leveraging your network, whenever a referred customer makes a trade on Rain using your referral link, Rain will allocate up to 60% of the trade’s revenue to you.

• How much can I earn from the Rain Referral program? Following is an example which explains what happens when an referrer "A" brings cohort "B" referred customers on Rain Brokerage platform. Referrer "A" will earn commission as per the last 12 months rolling volume. Referred Customers "B" (referred by "A" and traded on Rain Brokerage ) will also get a 10% rebate on the trading revenue for the first 30 days of the signup. The percentage of the commission is based on the last 12 months rolling volume, and is as explained in the following examples:

Note: The actual payout may vary based on which product or service the referred customer has traded through.

• How frequently the referrer's earning will be sent? Subject to meeting the above volume tiers, and except in the case of manifest error, the commission is payable in arrears on a monthly basis. In the event of a manifest error the commission shall be payable within 21 business days of the correction or conclusion of the error.

• How long a referrer is eligible to earn from referred traders? Referrer will be earning from all the referred traders for a period of 12 months automatically renewable. The percentage of the commission is based on the last 12 months rolling volume.

• How many customers a user can refer? There is no limit on the number of customers you can bring on Rain platform. The more you refer the more you can earn.

• What are some of the restrictions on promoting?

  • Referrer agree to promote Rain without any misrepresentation, misleading information, or spamming.

  • Referrer agree not to advertise Rain using paid advertising with branded keywords such as "rain," "rain crypto," or any other look-alike.

  • Referrer agree not to create fake web pages or profiles on social media to promote the program.
