How To Change Your Email

You can now update your phone number through Rain Mobile App or website.

Note: If you do not have access to the old phone number; please reach out to our live support to help you 

Please follow the below steps to update your phone number:

1. Log in to your Account.
2. Click on the User Icon above right in the page.
3. Click on Account. Make sure that you are under the account option.
4. Press the Button to change the Email address.
5. Enter the OTP you received in an SMS or through a voice call.
6. Ensure adding the new Email address correctly.

Important: You will be notified of the following information.

"Be careful, Fiat withdrawal & crypto sends will be disabled for 24 hrs after performing this action. "
